Message I am convinced that it is the sales people there more than anything... but I've heard bad things about mechanics too.

Case in point: I bought my computer from them for ~$600. I could have gotten it from Coz for ~$575, but I decided to roll w/ Stillen because my guy, Adam Hume, gave me a deal on an EGT gauge that made up for it. I later decided I didn't want the EGT quite yet, and wanted to use the money for a turbo timer and/or a front sway bar (I have the rear -- bought from a friend). So I sent the EGT back w/ the core ECU and told Adam to call me when it gets back and I'm credited for everything. After calling to remind him, he called back telling me I'd be credited over the weekend. So this week I've already called twice to talk to him about getting some things, but haven't heard back... Well, I know my account is credited so intead of using the money with them, I'm just going to take my business elsewhere (and probably find a better deal & service), especially when other places (like Coz) are authorized Stillen retailers and they have better prices.

This is more of an "I told you so" to myself since I had heard bad things about them but never dealt with them myself. But wow... Steve Millen himself sounds like a great guy, and I bet he'd be dissappointed if he read half of the things on the board here about his company.

BTW, how much should I expect to pay for the front sway bar?

Justin

Z is now in the shop for a rebuild... but April hours will bing May powers!
